Within Velos eResearch, permissioned users can associate forms to various entities from the account level using the Forms Management page. The Forms Management page allows you to delete forms, copy existing forms, or add forms from your library. It also allows the administrator to associate a form to an entity using any of the following options:
▪ A Specific Study
▪ A Patient within a specific study
▪ A Patient within all studies
▪ A Patient within all studies (Restricted)
▪ Account Forms
▪ All Studies
▪ All Patients
▪ System user(s)
▪ Organization(s)
