9.4.4.2 Change Schedule Dates

From a created schedule, users may wish to modify scheduled dates associated with a patient. This section will instruct how to change an event date for a patient. For instructions on how to get to this point, see Patient Schedule.
 
To change a patient’s scheduled event dates:
1.    From the Manage Patient Schedule page, click the arrow button to display the events under the selected visit.
2.    The visit section expands with events listed below. Click the edit icon under the Schedule Dates column for the appropriate event.
 
 
The Change Actual Date window displays:
3.    Modify fields as necessary. Enter your e-Signature and click the Submit button to save changes made.
