Permissioned users can remove forms from the Form Library as needed. Before removing a form, ensure that it is not currently being used in an active study.
To remove a form:
1. Navigate to the Form Library, and search for the target form. For more information about searching the Form Library, see Search the Form Library.
2. Click on the delete button (X icon) located at the right side of the page for the form that you would like to delete.
3. A notification displays asking you to confirm if you would like to delete the form. Click OK to delete the form.
